With a recommended brew test of 18-25g of coffee and a 1:14-16 water ratio, this dripper consistently produces fantastic results. The embossment creates subtle spacing between the paper and dripper, allowing for a faster and easier brew time. The floral shape of the dripper also increases the brewing area by 120%, resulting in a sweet and delicious cup of coffee. We use this dripper at home and is closely compared to the Kalita Wave dripper.
