This coffee comes to us from the hillside of the Peruvian Mountains. The PAWQARA Co-op recently started exporting single farmer lots and Elita's nano lot was big enough to be exported too! We're honored to curate the roast for this beautiful coffee from Chirinos, Peru.
In the cup expect a juicy & vibrant offering. We are noticing sweet flavors of persimmon and pear juice as the coffee cools.
