The Yirgacheffe region is one of the most famous coffee growing regions throughout Ethiopia, if not the world. This organic coffee is sourced from family owned farms organized around the Hafursa Cooperative located in the souther district of Yirgacheffe.
In the cup we are tasting soft florals, lemongrass and a very pleasant acidity that bring the cup balance and a tea like body!
