Ceres Nubes is brought to you by our friends at Selva Coffee. Nubes is the smallest plot of land that Stephanny Fernandez Elizondo and her mother, Alexandra pull their micro-lots from. Due to the small size, this lot gets some of the most detailed attention - especially because it is one of the easiest to access as it is so close to the home where they live. The name Nubes was given because it means “clouds” in English and this particular lot of coffee is often covered by clouds due to its high altitude. This lot has ideal conditions for producing extremely sweet and complex coffees.
The sweetness in this honey processed cup is unmatched. Tropical fruits, pear, berry cobbler and lychee are the flavors that open up as you continue to drink this delicious coffee.
