Another banger from our friends in Peru. Lino recently joined the PAWQARA CO-OP, where small farms are carved directly into the mountain hillsides. Thanks to a new quality control lab, this 2025 harvest is incredibly precise and balanced.
In the cup expect a clean & complex offering. We are noticing sweet flavors of honey, brown sugar and pear juice as the coffee cools.
