Produced by the innovative Luz Angela Rojas, this Caturra lot undergoes a co-fermentation process with coconut limeade, resulting in a cup that is remarkably bright, refreshing, and championship-ready.
Our Sasquatch series seeks out rare processes and varieties; these coffees are meant for the adventurous and explorers of new flavors, worthy of slow sipping. These coffees are not in our traditional bags because of the wild flavor experience this series has to offer.
