This name may ring a bell if you have been sharing coffee with us over the years. This is the fifth time we have purchased coffee from Israel, out of Kercha, Ethiopia. We carried this same coffee twice and also have carried Israel's famous Wush Wush variety.
This Yirgacheffe coffee has a classic profile. It's like a morning walk in a blooming garden, lemon candy, green tea, and floral undertones, ending with a crisp clean finish.
