Built in 1999, the Chelbessa washing station, located in the Gedeb Region, has approximately 300 smallholder farmers that handpick their ripe cherries throughout the harvest season, bringing each days yield to Chelbessa.
In the cup we are tasting peach rings, delicate florals and a very pleasant citrus acidity that bring the cup balance and juiciness!
